When trying to access the community forums on a mobile device, the only option is to download and access from the developers native app. This creates confusion and an unnecessary step for users.
I have sent a request to developers of the platform to provide a workaround, but as of yet have not received a response.
I will consider changing to a different community forum platform should the issue not be rectified.

Moving this to completed. The developer states that the current platform will also request users to download their app when accessed on mobile. This is unacceptable, so we will be moving to a different platform.
